National Young Artists Competition in Organ Performance (NYACOP)
Adam was recently selected as one of seven semi-finalists in the AGO's National Competition.  He and six others will compete in the semi-final round at the Cleveland Museum of Art on May 25, 2012 with a program of works by Böhm, Bach, Franck, and Heiller.  Three finalists will be chosen to compete in the final round during the AGO National Convention in late June, to be held in Nashville.  For more information, visit the Competitions Page of  the AGO National Headquarters website.

Stan Kann Scholarship
Adam was named the recipient of the 2012 Stan Kann Scholarship, awarded by the American Theater Organ Society.  Named for St. Louis collector and organist Stan Kann, the scholarship is intended to support a student with growing interest in the theater organ style.  Adam wishes to express his thanks to the ATOS for their support of young musicians expanding their horizons into different genres and exploring this uniquely American contribution to the world of organ-
playing.

The Lectionary Project
Adam has begun the task of setting the Psalms found in the lectionary for all three liturgical years (A, B, C) as well as all major feast days through the Catholic calendar.  Each antiphon is set in four voices with an optional soprano descant, and verses are set to either the Psalm tones from St. Meinrad Abbey (Indiana) or original, chant-influenced Psalm tones.  All completed Psalms are available in .pdf format and can be acquired through e-mail request.  Check the Compositions page for a few excerpts!  They will occasionally be heard on Oklahoma Catholic Radio.
